The Content Capsule | Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your event date. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the event date. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, I will do my best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
3. Coverage & Delivery
Coverage includes the hours outlined in your selected package. Any additional time requested on the day may be subject to extra fees.
For packages that include expedited delivery, a preview reel and selected raw content will be delivered within 24 hours of the event.
For standard packages, delivery timeframes will be communicated upon booking.
Final edited content will be delivered within a few days following the event, depending on the scope of coverage.
Delivered content will be made available via an online gallery or file transfer service. It is the client’s responsibility to download and securely store all files upon delivery. Files will be available for a limited time, and I do not guarantee long-term storage or archiving of content once delivered.
4. Creative Style
By booking, you acknowledge and agree to my creative style, editing approach, and content format. Final edits are at my discretion to ensure consistency with my brand.
One round of minor revisions is included to ensure satisfaction. Revisions do not include full re-edits or changes to overall style, music choice, or storytelling direction.
Final edits remain at my discretion to maintain consistency with my brand.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate event details and timeline.
Ensuring access to all relevant locations.
Informing me of any key moments in advance.
6. Guest Interaction
For add-ons such as the Walking Guest Book, I will provide light guidance to guests. However, participation is voluntary and cannot be guaranteed.
7. Equipment & Limitations
Content is captured using a combination of smartphone and professional camera equipment. While every effort is made to capture key moments, unforeseen circumstances (lighting, weather, restrictions) may impact coverage.
8. Usage & Rights
I retain the right to use captured content for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted personal use rights to all delivered content.
9. Liability
While every effort is made to deliver high-quality content, I am not liable for circumstances beyond my control that may impact delivery.
10. Agreement
